On 17th October we walked to Meadow Grange Care Home to perform a poem they have learnt by heart.  The intention was that both children and the care home residents have the opportunity to learn the poem and perform it together. We had a short social time after which the children had a drink with the residents.  It was a lovely opportunity for our children to meet with members of the local community.
