School hours (27.5 hours per week)
Playground opens at 8:30 a.m.
Y2 – Y6 pupils (and parents) are welcome to come in from this time.
Teachers are on the playground from 8:45 a.m.
Rec and Y1 pupils enter through the classroom doors.

Mobile phones in school
Mobile phones are not allowed in school as they may get lost or broken.
If your child needs their phone for emergencies, they must be handed in at reception at the start of the day and collected after school.
Snow closures
In case of bad weather we will initially send out messages via Parenthub and will put a notification on our website. Please also check local radio and the Derbyshire County Council website regarding school closures.
Emergency Closure procedures
The decision to close the school will be made by the Headteacher and Governors.
A school closure will only happen in line with LA guidelines. In the event of a decision to close the school we will notify parents via text message and by posting a bulletin on the website.
